SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Prior to shipping, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for order processing and packaging, pillows and mugs may take up to 2 weeks as they are produced on demand.
- Your item will ship via USPS or UPS and tracking information will be provided via email. Once your item has shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and Karen Marcum Art cannot be held responsible for any late, lost, or damaged packages. However, I will always do what I can to help throughout your experience, including assisting with shipping or order issues where possible.
- If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please email Karen@karenmarcumart.com within 5 business days of order receipt. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email Karen@karenmarcumart.com within 5 business days of receiving your order so that we may be of assistance.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- To begin a return request, please email Karen@karenmarcumart.com with your order number, your name, item name and reason for return within 5 business days of receiving your order. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Shipping fees for returned items are not covered by our refund policy.
